I hear teams talking about resetting and staying where they are.
What exactly does this mean. Also are requests for team demotion still
done threw support. I got back into game at end of season 35 after being
gone for some time so forgive my ignorance. Thanks guys

resetting is starting over at rookie level again. staying where they are is kind of misleading. They could be staying in same exact level league wise, or advancing to the next level as expected.

Every season your team will move up an age bracket. This allows you to keep the same players from one season to the next. Resetting a team means that you want to start over with brand new players at the Rookie level. Thus, you would cut all of your players on day 41 and request a demotion for your team down to Rookie. You should be able to request a demotion on your team page.

Okay that all makes sense. I looked on my team page and cant find where
I request a demotion. Is this something that should be there now or will
it show up on day 41

If you have trouble, you can always contact support, and request your demotion. (Support tab is in the upper right corner of the red bar.)
