I stopped getting xp 2 days ago and don't know why. They haven't hit plateau yet as they Are only day 257.

When did this change? It used to be you gained xp until day 280. Then you could boost all the way to 79 unless it took more then 6 boosts.

Ever since player building was changed. Once you hit 73, that's it for leveling up naturally.

Sad thing is I probably asked this same question when my last batch of players hit 73...I am just getting old.

Sounds correct to me. Now you dot will only train and basically waste 3/4 of a season since you can't boost to 79 until next season. Dot is just in limbo for now.
