Where can i make a custom tag for scouting, if you can at all?

There are 3 custom tags that you can assign if you wish to use more tags than the standard tags. You can not make additional custom tags tho. If you want to use those custom tags (or any tag) you go to the team profile page for the team you are going to tag and click the Scout link beside the team name. That takes you to the Scouting page. The Roster tab is used for scouting. Select the team you are scouting for using the drop down menu and click Select. Then you can click the [tag] link beside the players and select which tag you want to use for that player. You can have more than one player tagged with the same tag (i.e. you can tag a receiving HB, a receiving FB, and a receiving TE, or two blocker TEs). The final step is to go into your AI and define inputs that trigger based on the tags you have selected for the players.

Ok cool man, but so custom tags 1,2,and 3, what do they do? do you get to choose what they are for,what they mean? and by the way, this is a casual team.

Custom tags would only come into play for regular AIs, where you could create your own custom input/outputs that trigger when that custom tagged player was in the game.

well it depends on your DAI what they do. I can set custom 1 on a combo TE because he's both blocking and receiving.
So you can put a LB on him and not a CB or a strength DE

I could also use custom tag for a dual treat QB.
I mean if a team carry 3 QB : passer (only pass), rusher (only rush) and dual treat.

You can play pass for the passer, play only the run and dont cover anyone for the rusher and man to man for the dual treat with outside help in case of a run. Like I said it depends on your defense.
