i have a rookie WR and the build is coming along nicely but i'm not sure when to start training SAs. any advice?

Some people start around level 60ish, but it really depends on how many SA's your going for.

Pretty much my approach too. Any earlier means you're missing out on ALGs, though the later you do it, the lower those losses are, of course.

Personally, I like to wait until about the 69-73 area of my build. That way I can make sure atts are where I want them and put the rest of my SPs into SAs.

Count me in this pile as well. My ONLY departure from this is with Returners. There I will occasionally slip a SP or 2 into his Returner SA around level 55+. It really depends on how the build goes vs my plan. Sometimes, with breakthroughs, I get ahead of the game and can spare the SP or 2.
