can I assume chemistry has the same effect on teams/players whether the team or dots are human or CPU owned?
and if so, is the penalty for low chem applied before, after or concurrently with any adjustment/penalty for being CPUs/having too many CPU dots on a roster?
suppose (just throwing #s out there) a team has 75 chem and is owned by the CPU and has 50% CPU dots.
there will be a penalty for the chem AND a penalty for having more than X amount of CPUs, right? or does that second penalty only apply to human-owned teams?
suppose (again, just throwing out #s) that the chem penalty is -25% and the CPU penalty is -5%.
Is this -30% (or 70% of potential) or -25% then -5% of that (71.25%). Not a huge difference, but could be depending on what the actual penalties are.
or, does the "penalty" for CPU dots work like the penalty for running the same play over and over, its actually a bonus to the opponent rather than a penalty to the offense?
