+1 for a three game pre-season... but what about the training points from 8 days of preseason? Will be kind of hard to give those up.

Add 4 more days to preseason.

Double TP starting Day -4 (beginning of new season) works for me. I'm sure new teams and such could use the Day 48 to recruit and get all their offseason moves/stadium shit done.

With the instascrims and such, there isn't as much need for the preseason games to "get things right". Make a change to your AI? Set a scrim and test it that day.
