who gives a damn
but I believe you should be light training to get BTs for AEQ
That is what I would be doing anyway

eek, looks like you ditched the chances of more AEQ pieces. Do you have another piece currently not equipped that you have to get more tokens for? If you're stuck with your 1 AEQ, just turnover whatever you can at this point. Multi-training may leave you with wasted %'s hung on your attributes.
Your training will end once we turnover to day 1 or the upcoming season. It then won't resume until your player starts decline.

i forgot all about some light training lol thanks dude im still learning obviously
You would only light train if you needed BTs for upgrading AEQ. OR the rare occasion where you were at say 99% and it was your final turnover on the attribute (because any extra % is just waste, you maximize your token gain).
ETA based on your last post which came in as I wrote this: Light train asap. If you can get 3 more upgrades you'll at least have a piece worth equipping.

finish multi train in the lv 55-65 range, then normal train attributes on their own, maybe light train one that will be low at the end, like confidence for most positions, if you need more BTs for AEQ

Multi train is not always good, particularly when you have a rail full of oil in cars with no brakes in Canada. Boom.

If you have a good 2AEQ build plan, multi training is a must for the Dots entire life.

Don't multi-train at the very beginning so that you get as much training in the first attribute as possible since the early ALGs come hot and heavy. Also don't multi-train too long at the end that it ends up costing you AEQ. Pretty much the rest of the time between those you should be multi-training.
