I know you can donate some flex to a team...but can you donate some to another player? For example, if you have a friend that wants to build a player...can you give them some of your flex?

Nope, only to a direct team. This is to prevent multis from sending flex to a main account.
You can send them cash in Paypal and then they can buy flex
