Basically, when you boost you change the training percentages... making it so you get LESS out of a "training session". You'll see this over time. Also the same thing happens whenever you add SP's to a skill... or, through training, a skill increases.
Say your Strength is at 32 and you're intense training it at level 1. Your dot would be getting right around 70% training gains for each training session. Once it goes to 33, you'll get 68% gains... 34 gets you 66%... ect, ect.
So, by waiting until day 47-48, you get the MOST training gains you can get from your training... then boost and apply SP's to primary skill... and so on, and so on.
