Also a moronic argument. There are plenty of teams (of course not in the NFL, but that is not the point) where you are required to play certain ways tactically or you will be removed. Some of these teams are not helping you in any way financially, and some in fact cost you to play on those teams. If you have a problem with what the team is requiring, you have every right to take your dot and play somewhere else. Again, the only reason you would not want to share your dot's tactical settings would be to hide the fact that you don't agree with the person who asked you to set them in a particular way. Therefore, go off and freelance with some other team that doesn't care, or better yet, go find a team that shares the same concepts you do. Trust me, if you get 54 other players who share the same concept then you will find your dot performing better; the other dots will likely perform better as well as long as your concept really is sound. Also, if the coach sees how you are set it can be a learning experience for both player and coach and may add to discussions that help that learning process. As with most situations, visibility isn't nearly the evil you seem to believe it is.You said a mouthful there Bro!!

Getting everyone one the same page with there Tactics is hard enough the way it is now. Some Agents and Coaches don't have the time it takes the way it is now and get frustrated and say, The Game is just too complicated. I know at least 30+ Agents that don't Play anymore for that simple reason.

What's really the Kicker is getting a QB's Tactics right.
