There is no way for someone to donate their purchased flex points directly to another user.

However, there is a... well... let's call it a "less-than-sanctioned" work-around... from time to time, agents who wish to leave the game will post a thread in GLB Main to announce that they'll donate to the Scrim Flex Bank of any team that temporarily makes them a GM. (You have to be a GM to donate to a team's Scrim Flex Bank.) At some point it seems like somebody from the mod staff always comes along and shuts the thread down, but not before a lot of people have read it first. Good way to get rid of a lot of Flex in a hurry and make sure someone else at least gets to use it.
