I am needing to transfer ownership of my team to the co-owner, so he can take over. I figured it was as simple as making him co-owner, but apparently not. I don't want the team to lose the stadium we've build the past few seasons, so how do we do this?

File a support ticket explaining the situation and who is to take over... that should do it iirc.

I did contact support, but I basically just asked what I asked here. I haven't heard anything back. Just a few days left in the season, so I figured I better get some kind of info soon.
The Co needs to submit a ticket to Support also. They need to know that person is willing to take the team and has enough flex
to support the team if it's ready to be renewed. They'll get it done if they have both of you on the same
page........... it takes a couple of days
1. If you haven't heard back by now... do another support ticket with the link to the person you want to take over and the link to the
team.
2. Proposed owner sends a support ticket with the team link and your link and lets them know he's ready to take the team

You might just need to be patient. They'll get to you.

When did you contact Support? It can take them 2 or 3 days to respond sometimes, especially at the end of the season when half of the userbase is sending in Support tickets all at the same time.

This is correct. To speed things along, both parties should send in their tickets close to the same time. Another thing to consider (though rare), is that the new team Owner cannot have more than 3 of any one type of team. For example, if they already own three Casual teams, we wouldn’t be able to transfer them a 4th.
