How come Receptions aren't displayed in the league and conference standings? I don't understand why dropped passes are there but receptions isn't..

Aren't receptions a bit more valuable than dropped passes?? I mean the NFL doesn't display the amount of dropped passes a player has. It's always Reception, yards and TD's.

I'm sure the formatting will be crap, but Rec and Rec/G are both listed?

I just don't get why dropped passes even need to be there.

Why are interceptions up there, or fumbles, or sacks allowed?

Because even though those are negative stats, they are certainly quite important to see and be aware of.
I'd rather know how many passes my dot drops than catches.

This is actually a good point. Each offensive player has two "positive" stats and one "negative" stat. Drops does seem like an odd stat to highlight, but it does maintain a uniformity of sorts between positions.

Firstly, +1

Secondly, having the most dropped passes doesn't automatically mean that WR is bad. It's quite possible on a team that is very heavy into passing a WR can be leading the league in yards but also drops due to a lot more receptions.
