We have an agent who went MIA. Is it too late in the season to cut him and sign someone else? I know week 12 is the deadline for trades but not sure how cutting and signing someone works this late in the season?

Depending on how long they've been inactive, Support will cut them for you. Last season, I asked Support to cut a 3 week inactive agent around this time of the season.
