He's really not. Four-way multi-train and I would suggest working on strength & carrying once they're trained up into the high 20s. Cap vision next.

Should've taken Agility up much higher. Stamina shouldn't be touched for a long time. Just my opinion but I would've gone Agility, Carrying, Speed, Strength, Vision, Stam...in that order for a pure rushing QB. Hybrid is a different story.

Because of the ALGs its best to go Agility - Vision - Then from there you can go with Speed/Strength/Carrying (In whatever order for the build you're going for) for a pure rQB.
THEN go to stamina/confidence in the end because of the lack of ALGs.
