I mostly agree. That's why I said his build would do just fine as is. And since he's already done what he's done with speed, it's kinda a moot point now. Doesn't change that I've seen a LOT of 104, 105+'s out there and leaves me wondering is 5 more speed makes it that much better than what he's accomplished with his take on the EB build? Most of mine end up more around 50-ish strength (some more... some less... but all reach 1st cap at the very least)... not that I've build hundreds of 'em.
You gotta take on more strength vs more speed? I know PWHB's love that strength... but they usually have the body to back it up. Most EBHB's are built on the smallish side and I'm just not as sure that strength trumps speed/agility enough to give it more than token love. Thanks in advance for any input.
We don't have Bort's exact coding, but man I shutter at the thought of 20 - 24 points extra strength, even on a 180 lb player, not making more of a impact than 3-5 points in speed. Defensively I would agree with you. The idea on defense is different than the idea is on offense though. Defense is dictated to how when you have to get to the point of attack, while the offense just has to get to the point of attack. Defense, I would rather my man get to the point of attack easier (even this isn't an absolute though) while an offensive player I would like him to get there with some punishment on the end of it. Just my 2 cents, and on this one I could certainly be wrong.
