the +2 speed. The only way I would buy that piece is if I was short on BTs and had to settle for it. I dont know his BT situation though so may have been best option to go with it.

Pretty near perfect piece he rolled. Not sure +1 is worth passing on it.

Personally I don't like to compromise on AEQ, but that piece saves 100 BTs which amounts to 8 more 4x multi-trains, that will get you at least +1 on one of your top 3 stats. The +5% is the more important side.

This part isn't true.

I dunno, I just feel like you are gambling pretty hard on not taking a piece like that for the most minimal gain in the world. It is more for looks than anything.

Eh, the 4x quad ballparks around 60-80% of your 2 and 3 attributes in addition to whatever lands on 1 and 4, so it's slightly more complicated than 8 more quads, but it's still easily 1 more point up there.
