Most of us on Chief's teams do the same for all. We have a new rookie team planned for next season, so it will be a good time to jump aboard. I usually do ST, finance, recruiting and scouting for the teams and would have no issues giving up some duties, especially on the new team. Just watch me and you will learn plenty of ways NOT to do things.
