That gray bar at the top of the page where it says My Account Home when you first sign in has a daily schedule on the right hand side. I'm not sure if that's what it's called but it seems like a daily schedule or calendar. I noticed there are days that say "Endorsement" on them. What exactly happens on those days?

Those are the days in which the National and Local endorsemens come out.

- National: These are endorsements from national companies. They are awarded on day 16 of each season to one player per team, selected randomly amongst the top 5 players on the team, ranked by MVP standings. They last until season end.
- Local: These are endorsements from local companies. They are awarded every 8 days (day 8, day 16, day 24, day 32) to two players on each team (one if they already have a Corporate endorsed player), selected randomly via a lottery based on fame earned so far that season. Higher fame earned gives a higher chance of being selected in the lottery.

So each team has a chance as in every team has endorsements or just the mvp candidates?

National - one dot per team
Local - two dots per team

Do you get an alert if your player is selected for an endorsement or is it just an automatic thing?

Does it apply for pee wee leagues as well? I asked on my team forum and no one has received any endorsements so I feel like pee wee is exempt from this.

I don't think so. They are generally meaningless at lower levels anyways. It is like a +1 attribute or something in those levels. Pretty lame.

One more question on that schedule. It seems like the schedule is cycling faster than the real calendar days but I'm not sure. I'm curious about whether the 40 day contracts are 40 actual days or if they're days in the game but fewer real days. Is there any time compression or is it one real-time day equals one day on the schedule?

They cycle just like a normal actual day schedule.
