I don't believe bugs will be able to help you, but they may move faster than support and I could be wrong about that. Also, since they are so close to the same things and technically (in most worlds) this would fall in both categories you aren't wrong with either one you do, but if you don't put it in the right one it may take them longer to get to. I say support takes way too long to get to tickets.....
BTW, I would go help you out and create the tickets on your behalf, but I am allowed to be at least as lazy as the moderators right?
