I sent 2 support tickets for 2 separate issues this morning (10 hours ago) and I have not heard anything back...

Can also depend on the severity of the issue.

"I can't change my players name" might not get the same response time as

"My team just dumped all my players and i can't re-sign them"

3 days is avg. for me.

An appeal is usually 3 days.
When I had a problem with a player avatar ban, it was 3 days.
etc etc

Depending on what the issue is you may never hear back. A bug for example you have to check the bug thread yourself to see what the answer was.

It usually takes them anywhere from 5 minutes to several days to get back with me.

I've sent in two different service requests within the past month. It took them a day to respond, but they solved the issue both times.
