my level 70 players (day 246) are no receiving their 25 daily XP. does that stop when you hit a certain level before the extended plateau?

So I would guess you've boosted 21 times. If you haven't boosted this season that means you can boost 3x now, 3x between Day -8 and 0, and 3x after Day 0. If you've boosted this season you can boost 3x between Day -8 and Day 0 and 6x after Day 0.

So I would guess you've boosted 21 times. If you haven't boosted this season that means you can boost 3x now, 3x between Day -8 and 0, and 3x after Day 0. If you've boosted this season you can boost 3x between Day -8 and Day 0 and 6x after Day 0.

Contact Support ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/support.pl ). They should be able to explain exactly what is happening. If you've boosted 21 times you're exactly where you should be, though. You have 9 boosts left which will put you at 30 boosts at level 79. Exactly as intended.

Hitting the boosting cap is NORMAL (it halts your game and daily XP). You'll still hit level 79. Every level 79 player has boosted 30 times. It's an equal playing field, you won't be losing out on anything.
i have boosted him 21 times, but other players on the same team are getting their XP daily even though we are all the same age and level.

Total: 69000 (0)
So you're saying that he may have gotten too much XP and he will stop getting them for games and daily till he catches up per say?
He's level 70 with 21 boosts. To reach level 79 you have to boost 30 times. Therefore your dot won't earn anymore daily or game XP. You'll be boosting for levels from here on out.

No, thats not exactly what they're saying.
If you look at the chart posted above, they implemented a system that says you can only reach X level by boosting Y times. In your case your player boosted 21 times through his career.
So that means you boosted for 7 "seasons" (including creation season). Since this is your 8th season (S7) that means you did not boost one of the seasons or you have not boosted yet this season.
The reason other players are higher level is that they have used 24 boosts. They are gaining XP until they hit level 73, you gained XP until you hit 70. If you have 3 boosts available to you now, you could reach 73 as well and would be on par with the other players on your team.
Once you reach the boost cap, you will never again gain XP. If you notice, each time you boost after the 11th boost, only brings you to the next level cap. So if you have 21 boosts in and are stopped at level 70, a 22nd boost will put you at the next cap of level 71. And again you cannot gain xp because you are at the cap. This continues till you get 30 boosts in and reach level 79.
Does this overly long explanation clear it up?

In summary, your dot will never earn XP again. Your only option now is to boost to reach a higher level. Otherwise he will stay level 70 forever.

This ^^^. Happened to me also and I had to recycle because of my mistakes. If you do as alindyl and Air says, you'll be ok.

It does clear it up somewhat.. I missed the boost in its creation season due to RL, so will my players be penalized because I missed that boost? I know I'll get the chance to get those boosts when he hits 280 days mark... but when all is said and done, on day 281+, will my players be different than the players that have 24 boosts right now?

It does clear it up somewhat.. I missed the boost in its creation season due to RL, so will my players be penalized because I missed that boost? If you miss one season's worth of boosts (doesn't matter when), you'll be fine. Just be sure to boost between Day -8 and 0 next season and then you'll be able to boost 6 times once your dots are 281 days old.

No, you're not penalized in any way. You'll make your boosts and be level 79 just like everyone else.
