You will want bring 75 or 100, to trade 2 TP + 2 BT.

The way to bring more than 100 XP for trade, is not to boost at all, or boost less than 19 times...I guess, thus you won't hit Lv69 and your game XP will be 250 per game.
Need more calculation but I am lazy to do that now.
