I saw in another thread that you might need to refresh your browser or clear your cache.
If that doesn't work, disable GreaseMonkey. You might have a script that affects the DPC screen.

once some plays are created (by Bort or the GLB crew) or maybe via a player submit a play contest...then they will be. For now there are no "preset" plays using these formations, so no not yet
