Not when you get 50 in a weeks time. AS a DC I could care less about rejected contracts just fill the roster.

As an OC I want those Alerts, even if it means 50 Alerts a week. I want to know who I might lose, so I can convince them to stay or shove them out the door. Oh by the way Andy, would want that Alert all day long and 50 times on Sunday.

On some of my teams I OC for I am responsible for tagging for the DC (i kno)

upping the number of alerts would solve 1 part of this problem BadgerPhil, but that is already on the NGTH list too.
