Can my team be moved into a casual league? If so how do I go about it?

Click on the support tab at the top and ask them to move you.

A long time ago support told me no.
I don't know if they change mind now.

Unfortunately, we're not able to move teams from one type of league (Regular, Casual, Pee Wee) to another by request.

If you're looking to switch from Regular to Casual and keep your roster you could purchase a Casual team and move players from your Regular team over to it. But trophies, team forums, etc. from the Regular team can't transferred to the new Casual team.
