The method I've been using is that I identify two main attributes, I train that attribute on intense until I have enough SPs to reach the 68 cap, then I add in the skill points. Repeat the same process for the second of the main attributes.

Then I multi-train 2, 3, or 4 other attributes on intense depending the player type and try to get those all up over 40. From there, I switch to normal training and try to rack up bonus tokens for some equipment purchases.

Also I usually get the first two attributes up to 30% enhanced training then at least 20% enhanced on the attributes I multi-train.

Still feels like some of my builds suck, though. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Yep... you're slow-building. Slow-building is dead.

CAP-building is what you should be doing. And no, slow-building and cap-building are not the same thing.

Thanks Novus.

I'd stepped away from the game for about 10 seasons and didn't realized how much training had changed.

[Edit] Just stumbled across a bunch of stuff you posted in the soft capping thread a short scroll down from this one in the forum and there's some real good stuff there. Thanks.

No problem.

Keep asking around though... there are plenty of people in this game who run circles around me when it comes to build plans and what-not.

That is not slow building. Slow building has never been that way, and that strategy of building has never been effective.

I stand corrected on the terminology then. But regardless of what you call what he's doing, it's not a good way to build. I think we can agree on that.
