tell me everything you know about Cut Block

everything

Cut Block has a chance to fire after you have lost the hold block roll. It is a last ditch effort before being caked.

It is a chance trigger so the more you have in it the better your chances.

Works on all running plays. Works on ST's.

Yes, they are working on it.

So what you're saying is it won't be fixed any time this decade

A lot of info in those QnA's. Has only been a couple weeks since it went down.

does it only work on stationary players engaged in a block or can it fire on a dot in motion? like on a pulling G or bFB.

They have to be engaged in a block.

The diving "cut their knees"-esque behavior you see from WRs is an innate ability completely unrelated to the Cut Block SA.

is said innate ability completely unrelated to Cut Block an action restricted only to WRs, or can any player do that?

Cut Block of the 2. There are a couple better options than Lead Block at OG.

Also works on pass plays now. I think.
Cut Block roll is based on the amount of points in the skill, the strength of the offensive player, and the agility of the defensive player, I think.

Also there is a different type of block that kind of looks like a cut block which I think Bort calls a knockdown block or takeout block which also happens as kind of a last-ditch effort and doesn't rely on the Cut Block SA, but is generally less effective, and is usually characterized by the offensive player attempting a block at high speed and falling down, often pushing the defender away but only rarely successfully knocking the defender down.

Was fairly close in time to the actuall pass but it does appear to be a cut block while pass blocking. Was the RT executing the SA in question
