That's another good reason why he should just post his build here, so we can get a complete picture of what's going on.

I know he doesn't have the greatest build but still seems to be very effective at causing fumbles. lv72
what i did was put:
1 SE bonus to get FF to %16.5
1 se to get MH to 11
2 to BIg hit to 5
if this isn't effective i can redo my custom equipment
