Isn't there a point that is reached for an inactive player that he stops getting training points etc?

3 days and you get kicked off a CPU team so that would hurt the training and leveling I believe is 10 days.

I also think 10 days (2 weeks) is where training cuts out if you're on a human team. I know at some point the player stops leveling and doesn't get SP at all, just ages
