The team is at 85/33/10 and I still can't sell out a game using a 1.16 multiplier. Now I.m down to a 1.14

EDIT: My club seats ARE selling at a 1.26

Which team, the regional pro or the prep casual?

From the Bank Balances it looks as if it's the Prep team. Take the tickets down to 1.05 and run with that OP. Hope your
salaries are at Min too. Stick with it... the ticket money will trickle in and that's much better for a young team anyway.

When the first section sells out jack up prices in those sections to force sales in the other sections

There was a known problem in University Elite the last two seasons.
