This can actually get confusing when the question is a response to a previous answer. In that case, the previous question and answer should be included as well.

I kept flipping between page 2 and 3 looking and never saw the answer. My apologies.

There is certainly a better way to do this. Instead, you should leave the question and add a link to the question (assuming you can make changes to a post which I am certain you can). Then you should also link the answer to the original question. Really it is maddening that you guys think that this cleans up anything at all. Clueless.

There is a preset offense/defense AI they all use every time, that is set up to use a balanced approach, and include nearly all the plays. It is used every game.

True that Bort, unless there is a coordinator GM with access to Ai

I've played enough CPU teams (and real teams running no DAi) to know what Bort's base defenses are - all you have to do is watch enough games to nail down the output pcts. per input. They play more zone and cover two on third down than the average bear and never send out a DE in flat...

The offense they run is straight vanilla - running through the play book, looking for a hole... You've seen it, it happens to my OAi even - if a play works once, the sim goes right back to it next play. If it works twice in a row - now the "adjust to what's working" factor starts to tick while the CPU searches for another hole... If the CPU offense finds more than three holes, and especially a coverage opening on third down - look out.

The problem here is that removal of something, doesn't clean anything. Linking it at least provides the person who asked the question a very simple method of finding the answer, which should be the foremost issue, not cleanliness. Further, if someone happens to have the same question later it provides 2 places to happen upon the question. Quoting the question and deleting the previous post doesn't help at all. It is in fact the opposite of keeping something organized well.

Well what they should consider is leaving the original question where it is, and since they can... simply edit the questioner's post with their response included. Seems to be less work and less confusion as the original poster can locate theirs along with the response.

But being that the Q&A didn't seem to be hardly as long as previous occasions, take this as a moot point and move along.
Or maybe it wasn't as long because they cleaned it up

One way this way, one way that way *does the stanky leg*

They were 4-0.... now will end up 4-12

Was going to be a Cinderella team, until some "genius" decided to buy it....

This actually would provide simplicity, cleanliness, and ease of use. NGTH.

Why do you think I followed it all by saying "take this as a moot point"

Indeed

you guys are looking into this far too much

this way is clean for a person that's looking at the Q&A without having to scroll through a bunch of links or edited posts, hey if you want to go back and find your answer hit ctrl+F...more than likely the person asking the question was sticking around for the answer
