is there a limit to the number of dots of the same position that you can have on a team? I tried to sign a 9th CB, the KR/PR for a team I coordinate for, but it won't allow the agent to sign...

No there isn't a limit to position, but the team might have a position limit set on their team needs page. Make sure 'No Over Sign' is off for that position.

Correct, tricky wording I agree, but yes. If you want to oversign set it to no.
