what is the general consensus for what speed a speedster wide receiver should have on day 281?

I didn't feel like starting yet another thread and I figured this is similar. What would be a solid speed for a power back (with equipment)?

150+. Really depends on what the build is all about. It could be 170+ speed if you are fitting in the right pieces around it.

Largely depends on how you want him used. If this is an every down back I would want at least 140 speed on him. If his only job is to get some short yardage work than I could be flexible with his speed for the right amounts of strength/carrying and break tackle SA's.
