Move to a 'ticket' system.

Since no major changes are likely to be introduced, you might as well hide any discussion of what is good or bad about the game and move it to a ticket system like bugs.

Unlike Bugs, Suggestion needs open discussion. To get feedback from userbase and to vet suggestions. While no major changes are likely right now, due to other projects, that does not mean there never will be.

Plus, what would yellow do with all his new found free time?

Stuff from Suggestions still gets implemented, even if it's minor stuff.

People need to stop posting major overhauls in here though. MAJOR changes simply ain't happenin', people. Quit cluttering up the place.

Suggestions to close or delete a forum have been deemed NGTH for a long time so locking.
