does it reroll on every play in the redzone or is it u roll untill u succeed and then it stays active until u leave the redzone?

Every play (and at the snap). If you start outside the redzone and your player moves inside it during the play, it still doesn't activate. The LOS has to be inside the 20.

one thing I always wondered about RZF and GLS is whether or not they are inclusive of the named yard line (20 or 5)

They should be active at the 20 and at the 5. Wouldn't make any sense if they weren't. (BUT HEY THIS IS GLB WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. )

yeah, that's what I would think, too, but as written might be 19 and 4.

if anything it wouldn't be the VA that rounds, it'd be the sim rounding the spot of the ball while the VA actually means what it says. if the PBP happens to say "OPP 20" at the start of the play, there's probably a 50/50 chance that the ball is within the 20 because it rounds the displayed yardage to the nearest .5 (while not changing the actual spot, which could be like OPP 19.8237912461928412947 or OPP 20.22222222)
