Day 40 about an hour after rollover. The extra 50 XP comes into play a few times were you level up before a game while every one else levels up after the game. And it is an extra day of training.

Damn it cost a lot to make a dot from start to finish! 3K just for boosting, then adding CEQ and CEQ Upgrades... and that's just a cheap dot! 9K for a skill dot... I got 5K flex and was going to make a few dots, but I guess not. No more flexies for me.

make um at any time, just don't boost um unless they're free. practice builds, makes mistakes, get advice. retire screwed up dots
