Better yet,
Have the Owner not only sent notification but, has to also agree to cut, just like real pro ball.

I understand where you're coming from with this PotO
We all hope the person we let cut and send contracts out for dots on our teams are going to do a good job.. but then if we Don't
trust the person.... why give them the ability to do it in the first place ? I'm just sayin'. Honestly... there is no one on any of my
three teams that would just cut a dot and Not let me know first via pm and wait for me to get back to them. I've never disagreed
with my Coords on who to drop and who to keep. What I'm saying in a very Wordy way...... Communication with the Owner
is Very important.
And I say this even tho I agree that the Owner should get a Notification if a dot is released by anyone but the Owner.

That's not like pro ball at all. Some teams empower GMs to make decisions, some do not.

Yes to all that.
But then again having the OPTION to have to okay the cuts may make for a nice middle ground too.
But that said please note I am not suggesting this out of distrust of coordinators or even disagreement with the cuts. I would just like to know they happened.
Plus it would give me a chance to PM the dot's agent and thank him for signing with the team and sorry the coach felt the need to make a change and - perhaps - send him an offer from one of my other teams that might need him or have a home for him.
You can do this after the fact sometimes if you notice, but it takes going back and finding the dot on your old game box scores etc. A notification would be a lot easier.

I'm bumping this for more discussion.
Just had a coach release someone we just signed. Not my style but okay. But I don't even know who it was and have no way of knowing barring something like this suggested feature. And I would like to at least apologize to the guy.
