-Possibly backdated (up for debate, maybe backdate current jobs only)
-Minimum requirements for a job to show -- for example, title must be held for at least 10 days (this will filter out titles added at the end of a season for trophy purposes)

Pretty simple, but would be both a fun and useful addition.

wat? Can't you make your own and send it via PM? Not sure exactly what u are asking. Maybe I am just tired.

...except for the teams who handed out their LOLGM titles 2 seasons ago and have just left them alone ever since.

I mean, I understand what you're going for here, but GM titles just aren't taken seriously enough in GLB for this idea to work. At all.

as Novus says, many GM roles are LOL.

only thing that might mean something is trophies won as a GM, but your trophy case can function as the resume so nothing new needed really

Except that the trophies are just as LOL as the GM titles are.

How could this possibly be implemented with any accuracy?

Maybe not a perfect idea - just trying to generate discussion.

Yes, you can build your own résumé and I have. I was thinking of a way to make a more official, standard résumé across users.

Trophies are important (and all we really have right now) -- but a DC, for example, that runs a top 3 defense for five straight seasons but never wins a conference title, has 0 to show for it when pursuing other jobs. Except, yes, a personalized PM about how great they think they are.
