What is the sim balanced towards then? (not being a smartass, genuinely asking)

so WRs with 75 catching and 0 carrying can act retarded when the ball gets to them, but when a CB gets their hands on it, they're not?
basically asking a build to do something it isn't capable of while the sim is correct, tbh

8 of those 12 were actually because a stiff wind blew him a yard down field after the pick. So technically it was probably 4 out of 200.
