seriously, how many teams have really hot girl avatars for every player on thier team?
you must get some bonus points for that one

in any event, to make your team sweet in any way you can won't hurt thats for sure.
this includes the material, such as success that shows agents you have a quality franchise.
this extends to every aspect imo, even team names, colors, custom fields, the whole team image and design
and of course reputation, {or notoriety lol) team activeness and visibility...

i would go so far as to put some real thought into your team name and logo.
i would suspect a team with a real cool identity on average would get more interest
than some nooby looking team like the jonestown john smith's or whatever lol

Not just this one with like 7-8 Guards or 6-7 OT's etc. WTF why would one team need so many? I can not even fill my team with 1 per position yet people still sign there players to be backups on teams with 6-7 offensive linemen all ready?

I was born John Reddick but then my mom divorced and married a Smith. I was adopted by him.
