I know it's hard to determine since prior season games are no longer marked as tourny or ranked games (they should be), but who has the long win streak in games that matter? I don't include non-ranked/private games since most teams use those to test stuff out.

it's hard to say at the lower levels. probably Steel City but I'm not sure if they played tourney games.
I can't think of a WL or Pro team that went undefeated through regular season/playoffs and went on to win a ranked tourney since the World has been established.
Cincinnati Shockers in Season 10 went undefeated in USA Pro (toughest pro league by far before WL), won Gold, won both major tournaments (Hazy's and the Pro World) back when all the top GLB teams actually participated in tournaments. We ended up 41-1. The 1 loss came at the very end (traveling tourney, one game match) so our win streak was about 30-0 in games that mattered if you throw out the 8-10 unranked games..

I was on that team during the streak...but i'm not certain we won tourney every season and I think we lost some scrims along the way as well. So that team might not qualify what the OP is looking for.
