Anyone have that excel sheet from a long time ago that shows the return on investment based on seats purchased? For example if I bought $660,000 in lvl 1 corner seats the excel sheet showed the average time it would take to gain it back and what game of the season you should/shouldn't purchase seats.

ROI on seats isn't the determining factor on when to buy them
given that you will eventually complete your entire stadium, spend as much money as you can on seats once you have pre-purchased all the sections you can build the next off season
