So. I'm curious. Is there any effectiveness with having only 1 or 2 points into a VA for like many VA's? So, maybe having like 5 different VA's with like 1 or 2 points in them and a few with like 15 and 14's? Or, would it be better to just have as many VA's with 15 points in them and have fewer VA's overall?
As long as it's not a chance action (e.g. Sure Tackler/Long Reach), you could justify having less than 15, imo.
It comes down to putting your points in the VAs that give your build the most impact. Don't just spread them around to spread around.

What about only having like 1 point? So say a DE with 1 in death grip, goal line stand, and towering man? Is there any benefit of that or would it be better to take those and put them into just 1 VA like pass rusher to cap it off at 15?
1 in Death Grip/Towering man sounds pointless.
It's not like your dot doesn't get opportunities to be dragged/deflect passes as the line without the VAs.

That's what I thought, just wanted to confirm. As I've never really worked with many VA's... I've only had 1 dot at level 75 and 1 at 70. So, little experience with multiple VA's or different positions and VA's. Thanks
While I generally agree with Romo, there is one VA out there that fits your description. OTK (Over Time Killer). I'm a Johnny-come-lately to this VA but over the last several seasons I've had several teams (coaches) ask us to put at least 1 into OTK. After reading the description, I agree with that. I'd even go further to say it's a good VA to drop whatever remaining VAP's you have left at the very end into. I'm also experimenting with a couple of dots by putting 9 into OTK (that should equal 3 minutes of power at the end of the game... and serious bonus to any overtime that might happen). While overtime generally isn't a normal occurrence, you do get benefits of stamina boosts and such BEFORE the end of the game (dependent on how many points you have into the VA) which IS good. It's not a skill I would pour 15 points into... but it is a decent skill.

OT Killer, Slow Starter, RZ Freak...among the few VA's where throwing 1 into can be a pretty nice benefit.
