Yeah.... I hate to tell ya but I'd retire and try again. You've fallen victim to the "spreading out the SP's" disease. At this level he should have a much higher speed and agility and much less Vision and Tackling. When building... no matter what the position... always attack the primary skill as hard as you can until you get to where it costs 7 or 8 SP's to buy one bump (point) in the skill. You're shooting for a natural 100 in your primary (or as close as you can get) by build's end and you can only get there if you go all out early in the build. It's just too hard to move a skill up late in a build.
