1) Is it worth it?
2) How much jumping is truly needed for it be effective?
3) Do you need strength and beak tackle % gear to make it more worthwhile

Wondering how useful it would be for a low strength elusive HB who always gets stopped by diving tackles.

Probably won't help u much.

1) Yes. But I would only put on powerback/combo who rushes inside
2) I've seen as little as 48 although 60 would be my goal
3) Yes and No. The strength and break tackle % definitely helps but also consider who you are trying to avoid. As an elusive you are typically being stopped likely by CBs or safeties with 70-80 jumping, 70 tackling and make tackle gear. These tacklers already get an incredibly high diving tackle score so trying to avoid them with a so so hurdle build is not likely to succeed. That's why I say powerback because generally those Dlineman trying to make a diving tackle don't have the same abilities as the secondary and are easier to avoid.

Time Trial has done some builds around hurdle. He would be a good agent to ask

I suspect Slippery would work much better than Hurdle for what you're thinking.
