I sometimes use 2 way (briefly) as I'm working the training percentages right before I start light training.

Not necessarily true. I've heard several builders say that switching to multi-train asap is a good way to go. Personally, I've only done it a few times... but you can switch to 2 way, then 3 way, then 4 way relatively quickly so you really don't spend much time 2 way (or 3 way) training by going that route. It's either that or stay locked on intense until you have 36 BT's.

Agreed. There are times real early and real late in build where briefly training only two makes perfect sense to hit caps.

Could not agree more. Close to same % in same amount of time, but twice the tokens.

ive always done light training to get multi training faster. i always end up with more rounded out builds which i like, but others dont seem to like so much. building my new guy with more focus on speed. we'll see how it goes.

I know some that do this but most peeps I know save the light training for the BT's until late in the build rather than early. Gotta admit I've never tried to run both styles through the VPB to see which works better. Me just a stubborn ol' man.
