What should be the next thing I work on or how can I make him better?

Cap tackling, then take agility a bit higher

Not sure you'll reach natural 100 on speed so you'll need some good secondary skills. He's a coverage LB so some strength, jumping, and even some catching will help (don't worry about catching until you've got everything else going good). I'm guessing Tackling is your "open slot" in your multi training? If so, I agree with Kakashi... and even go further to say it's close enough now to cap with your next boost (if you haven't already). If not, stop training it when you hit 43 and around 90% or better in training. That way the next level-up you get will cap it off. And I'd switch to Strength in the meantime while waiting to cap/level-up.
