With 3 free dots (?) and only 2000 flex you're somewhat limited. Obviously you can build your freebies but you're limited at that point since 2000 flex won't get you a fully boosted dot. It will, however, cover almost all of your CEQ costs for 2 dots.
Pretty good timing for your return, honestly. Ideal build days are day 40-48. Find a team looking for some dots and get ready.
