It really depends on what you are trying to do from a build perspective.
81 (until it costs 7:1) or 83 (until it costs 8:1) are usually good points. On lower ALG archetypes, e.g. a WR (5 majors) I'll take that primary higher, because I know the ALGs won't carry it as much as it would for a 4 major situation.
